The high profile DANIDA team and UNDP country Director visited Killaymuro Moddhya Para, Jarulchari Para and Lekkong Chara Para unded Balukhali and Bandukvanga Union of Rangamati Sadar. The team reached at 2.40 pm at Kaptailake by sea plane and by UN Boat they visit three community accompanied by CODEC, Green Hill and UNDP CHTDF. The Discuss and observed Water-Sanitation activity by green Hill, Community Empowerment Program of UNDP-CHTDF (Partner-CIPD) and People’s organization implemented by CODEC.
During their visit they are warm welcomed by all walks of community people and traditional leaders. The community Organizations present their activities and project benefits to the Team future plan of the community. They took part in discussion of overall socio-economic condition of the concern area, even the impact of Kaptai dam.
